Deposit and Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Deposit Terms
A 25% initial deposit on credit card is due at time of booking. The final payment by check or wire transfer is required 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Terms
All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Security Deposit
A credit card authorization is required 24 hours before arrival by all guests for damages, theft, excessive cleaning charges, or any other incidentals. The Guest authorizes a damage deposit of $350 for studio, 1 and 2 bedroom units, $500 for 3 and 4 bedroom units, $1,000 for 5 and more bedroom units.

Maximum Occupancy
Maximum occupancy of the accommodations are shown on each unit description. The Guest will permit no more than the Maximum Occupancy listed. The Guest agrees to pay $100 per night for each additional occupant. No rollaway is allowed in units. All units are non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.
